Our course is created as a course of seven levels; each level is simply a different technique designed to expand your consciousness to the mind of the universe. Each level/technique is taught face-to-face by a meditation guide with great care and compassion, always respecting your process.

First you will meet with an expert meditation guide in a video call to have a free introduction that will last for about an hour. 

The introduction consists of:

- Consultation

- Explanation 

- Meditation

During the introduction, if you feel like this is a right program for you then the meditation guide will help you find the right program for you. We have monthly, quarterly and annual programs. With any of the programs, you are able to get guided meditation session at your convenience during our opening hours. Every class consists of consultation, book reading and/or explanation of the meditation method and meditation practice. Classes are mostly personal, one-on-one, meaning there will always be a meditation guide, and are an hour long. 

Meditation guides are extremely helpful in your progress and are open for any questions at any point of your meditation journey.

In addition to the personal classes, we also offer five group classes per week. Group classes have similar structure except there are other meditator present. During group classes, we share and process our meditation experience together and can be extremely beneficial as one can have a lot of support from other peers. 

Our precise method and guidance will allow you to clear your mind effectively so that you can live your everyday life with the best quality and satisfaction. It’s worth investing in a healthy, beautiful mind that will give you the true happiness you deserve.

Typically, the program can be completed within six months to a year and it depends on one's availability and schedule.
