We are very honored to serve Daly City and our neighboring communities.

Due to COVID-19, we are currently only offering live online meditation classes.

Our online classes are available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 10 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm.

San Francisco Meditation is a 501(c) (3) Non-Profit Organization. Our mission is to enhance the quality of individuals' lives by educating them about the physical and mental benefits of meditation, and practically helping them implement.
